We expanded our business model from one-time to lifetime services, becoming home owners go-to energy partner by advising homeowners on their energy consumption habits, while giving them clarity into alternative behaviors for their ideal quality of life.

In our pursuit of expanding our business model, we started with a comprehensive analysis of the business to identify and define the constraints that'd shape our approach.


This involved conducting interviews with key members of our leadership team and subject matter experts, who provided invaluable insights into various aspects of our business operations, partner relations, and technical architecture. These laid a strong foundation for our strategic decision-making process.
